If you try hard enough, you will find vegetables that you enjoy eating. Experiment with grilling veggies and cooking with real butter to add flavor. Try new recipes for better taste.

Watch your weight! Maintain the balance between eating and exercising. The very fit and healthy Wonder Woman star, Gal Gadot as once said in an interview, “I eat a lot, the whole day to gain body mass, and then exercise a lot to get into shape. It is like a balancing thing between food and exercise”.

Try walking up hills; they make you stronger. Hill walking for exercise builds leg muscles and at the same time you can also enjoy the view while walking.

For a healthy and fit body, choose physical activities. As long as you have time, try to go for the stairs rather than lifts or escalators.

Cycling to work or school is another fun and easy way of keeping you healthy. Be more careful about the traffic rules while cycling.

Inhale into your belly not your chest while you run. Belly breathing will get more oxygen to your system than shallow breathing into the chest.
