Irrfan Khan passes away, Bollywood reacts grimly and remembers him in Twitter

Bollywood’s famous actor Irrfan Khan has died at the age of 54. Recently, he was admitted to Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai. His condition was very serious. According to reports, Irfan was struggling with stomach problem. He had a colon infection. His health deteriorated suddenly, after which he had to enroll in the ICU.

Director Shoojit Sarkar has reported the death of Irrfan Khan. He tweeted and wrote- “My dear friend Irfan. You fought and fought and fought I will always be proud of you. We will meet again. My condolences to Sutapa and Babil. You also fought. Sutapa gave everything you could give in this fight. om Shanti. Salute to Irrfan Khan.

Irfan Khan also went to London for treatment of this disease and returned to India after undergoing treatment for almost a year.

Irfan was diagnosed with a disease called neuro-endocrine tumor two years ago in March 2018. Irfan Khan was cured by getting treatment for this disease abroad. After returning to India, Irfan Khan worked in the English medium which became his last film.

Irrfan Khan

Irrfan Khan is an Indian film actor and he is known for his strong acting in Bollywood, he is also known for his work in Hollywood films, he has been awarded Filmfare Award thrice and has also received National Award for best actor Award for his work in ‘Paan Singh Tomar’. He has also been honored with Padma Shri. Audiences believe that his specialty is his acting through his eyes and most of his fans love his offbeat choice of movies.

Irrfan was born in a Muslim family in Jaipur. Irrfan received a scholarship to study in the National School of Drama while he was studying M.A.

Irfan is married to Sutapa Sikdar with whom he has two children – Babil and Aryana.

His career started with television serials. In his early days he appeared in serials like Chanakya, Bharat Ek Khoj, Chandrakanta. His film career started with a small role from the film ‘Salaam Bombay’, after which he made several films. He had done many other roles but he established his real identity I with movie like ‘Maqbool’, ‘Rog’, ‘Life in a Metro’, ‘Slumdog Millionaire’, ‘Paan Singh Tomar’, ‘The Lunchbox’.
