EURO CUP 2021- A Brief Intro

Euro cup is one of the most prestigious soccer tournaments in the world. This year the cup started on June 11. Moreover, 24 European nations are going to participate in the tournament. Euro cup will crown the champion team on July 11 i.e. the final match will hold on July 11, 2021.

Looking at the previous Euro Cup matches, a single country used to host the Euro Cup. However, in this year, to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the Euro Cup, different nations are hosting the event. In total 11 countries will be hosting the matches of Euro Cup 2021.

The tournament was to be held in 2020, but the Union of European Football Association (UEFA) postponed the event for a year due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. So, it’s the reason that we still see it cited as Euro 2020 in some places.
